That work gave him a rare perspective. Every application meant digging into tax returns, reviewing business finances, and having discovery conversations about how people really manage their money. What stood out wasn’t income—it was approach. Two people earning the same amount could pay wildly different taxes, save at different rates, or build completely different levels of wealth.
